Tour Policies & Disclaimers

IndyRama Tour Policies & Disclaimers:

Thank you for joining us for the IndyRama home tour! Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our guidelines to ensure that every visitor has a pleasant tour experience.

  • Tickets are required for entry and should be kept for the duration of your tour. You will need to present a ticket upon arrival at each house.
  • Please refrain from wearing shoes with high heels on them, as these can damage hardwood floors. If you forget, please leave your heels at the door.
  • While enjoying the tour, we kindly ask that you do not make excessive noise or carry on conversations in walkways or stairwells. We need to keep these areas open for safety.
  • Children are welcome but must be supervised at ALL times. Please leave strollers in the car or parked outside the entrances to the homes. 12 and under are free to attend.
  • For those with mobility concerns, please be aware that all of the IndyRama homes on the tour feature multi-level living. While there is elevator access at one of them, the majority of the time you will need to climb stairs to view the designs and décor on the upper levels and rooftop decks. There will be designated parking available in front of each show home.

Now that the “rules” are out of the way, please do…

  • Take photos and share your experience on social media. (Be sure to tag the builders! 😉)
  • Ask the builders and their suppliers about their inspiration for the home and any particularly interesting design choices. They’d love to share and get your feedback on their creations.
  • Invite a friend (or two) to join you! IndyRama is one of the best ways to get a taste for what life could be like in Downtown Indy. It’s also the perfect place to get inspiration for your next home improvement project.
  • Stay tuned for information about other upcoming BAGI events, like Home-A-Rama, which will take place in September. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram to see what we’re up to!
